All of our consultants have in addition to long experience university or similar education plus several specialist courses giving them the complete set of skills needed to work in our business application developments. This in total helps us perform and deliver very high level of quality into each of our projects. |

In our development group working with our Template projects and business components we now have an average of 3-5 years of experience from earlier projects. This year we plan to increase this group by 25 % and in the same period we also plan to spread our skills to new partners in Scandinavia and Europe.
Consultant services and field operations
Cosima have its roots from the consultancy business and by that know the importanse of all the time run training and specialist education. Cosima offer a complete training course for new consultants and partners taking all steps from basic installation of software and hardware to the more sophisticated data modelling and analysing concepts and into the world of rule-based development. In some parts of this program we also focus on use of XML to be used in application integration projects. Finally some of our consultants also work a lot with bench marking and tuning of clients infrastructure. This is a very important activity an is looked at as a group of specialists with wide experience in several technical aspects.
Training
Our course managers have the responsibility to setup each clients training activity covering both the administration of the application and of course the users training. In future we also plan to spread our skills to external partners which them self will be certified for taking control of and actually deliver the training as part of their training programs.
